What's actually inside?
Three stick types, three of each. AM: vitamin C, B-vitamins, zinc, selenium, D3 and electrolytes (watermelon). MID: 1,000 mg sodium plus potassium and magnesium, zero sugar (salty watermelon). PM: 120 mg magnesium glycinate, zero sugar (mixed berry lemonade). All formulated with Trace Minerals®.
When do I take them?
AM with breakfast in 8 oz of water, MID in the afternoon in 16 oz, PM before bed in 8 oz. Each stick is labeled with its day and time.
Will it get here before my festival?
Orders ship from Los Angeles in 1–2 business days and usually arrive 2–5 days later. Order at least 7 days before your festival. For Escape Halloween (Oct 30–31), order by Oct 23.
Can I bring it into the festival?
Sealed single-serve supplement sticks are usually fine, but every festival sets its own rules. Check your festival's list of allowed items before you go.
Is there anything weird in it?
No. No pills, no 5-HTP, no OTC drugs. Just vitamins, minerals and electrolytes.
